With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I have been able to help thousands of clients improve their health and quality of life through balanced nutrition. I thrive on having the opportunity to contribute to a healthier and more-informed society. Upon healing my relationship with food and reconnecting with my body, I dedicated my career to teaching the art of mindful and intuitive eating.

I completed my Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, and paired that with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In 2016 my private practice Nutrition Nibbles Consulting, LLC was born, with a focus in functional nutrition, disordered eating patterns, chronic dieting, pre-op and post-op bariatric surgery and sustainable lifestyle changes.

What can you expect as a client working with me? 

A “whole-human approach to wellness”. Clients can expect to receive a personalized plan for interpreting nutrition-related lab values, addressing your diet and eating patterns, adopting  joyful movement, adequate hydration, healthy sleeping habits, managing stress and healing your relationship with food and body image. I prioritize developing trust and rapport with my clients so that you will feel heard, understood and supported through your health journey.  My role as a dietitian is to help you enhance your quality of life and mitigate disease risks by addressing all aspects of wellness. I like to tell clients that they are in the driver’s seat, and I am a passenger with the map!
