After graduating from the Aramark Dietetic Internship in Philadelphia, I landed my first Registered Dietitian job in 2012 as a supermarket dietitian. Since grocery shopping is my love language, I naturally loved being a dietitian for the stores! I gained experience in nutrition counseling, public speaking and my favorite of all: grocery store tours!
The next stop career journey led me to expand on my previous medical nutrition therapy knowledge as a clinical dietitian for Lee Health System.
After being intrigued by the emerging trend of telehealth, I created this mostly-telehealth-based private practice in 2016. It has been such a beautiful, exciting adventure!
From there I look a huge leap of faith and became a full-time private practice owner and dietitian consultant. I learned quickly what wasn’t taught in nutrition school: how to run a business. At that point I barely knew how to function a copy machine!
When I was least expecting it, an opportunity presented itself in St. Petersburg, FL and I went for it. I’m grateful and honored to be a full-time Wellness Dietitian in the arena of employee health.
