There are three options for meal plans. The Anti-Inflammatory Plan and Plant-Based Vegan Plan are fully interactive and personalized, making it easy to rearrange recipes to suit your schedule & preferences! A week's worth of meal plans and recipes are delivered to your email inbox, along with the corresponding grocery list. These two options are about $29 or less a month and require a some time in the beginning to learn the website, which is incredibly useful for consistent, long-term meal planning!
